Artem Group is a new consultancy of learning professionals dedicated to developing others. We have come together to offer holistic leadership development options and organisational consultancy.

As founders (Matt Williams, Jil Toovey and Jayne Jennings) we have a strong background in Business School executive development, have worked across a variety of industries and sectors, held senior positions in organisations and developed and lead our own businesses.

We pride ourselves on the depth and quality of our work and the true developmental nature of everything we do. We are not wedded to one school of thought, we are eclectic in our designs and truly client centred in our approach. We hold ourselves and each other accountable for our own growth in line with what we teach and coach in our programs.

Our work enables people to face highly complex challenges in order to achieve tangible outcomes.  We create an environment of deep trust and move towards challenging dynamics in groups.  We help extract wisdom so people can clarify their own leadership assets and areas for growth in the context of their life story.  Our designs are rigorous, yet also provide space to work with learning needs as they emerge.
