HOW WE WORK


Our organisational culture is informed by the work we love and is continually evolving as a result. We are a living system that is dynamic, interdependent and agile and we consciously work to embody transformational learning on all levels. We are not reliant upon fixed office space and attempt to reduce our carbon footprint in the interest of global sustainability.

At Artem we are as personally committed to our own development as we are to that of our clients – if we can’t evolve our own leadership, how can we expect others to do so?

We are curious about our client's system, and what might be surfacing in service of the achievement of strategic objectives. As a result, our program designs are rigorous, founded in theory and focused on work place application.

We are highly skilled at working at the conscious and unconscious levels to embed sustainable behavioural change. Learning is a developmental process and our participants are fully engaged, by working with their personal leadership challenges. Our approach enables learning needs to emerge, providing space to allow participants to safely experiment with their leadership capability and competence both individually and collectively.

We offer a range of services to enable learning to occur at the organisational, group and individual level. We start with an exploration of your challenges and opportunities to determine how we can support you in developing human capacity, and/or facilitating system transformation. An important part of our offer is that we can work with you, to provide proof of the organisational value of the work.
